Arnold Clark made an unusual step of selling one of their sites for housing in the city centre of Glasgow.

 

Page + Park were tasked with producing a design – _BCC were appointed for cost advice.

 

Through this process _BCC worked on numerous options £11m, £13m & £14m. Balancing the cost of construction of units against sales/against land valve and obviously planning restrictions. This process allowed Arnold Clark to lead the enhancement of the ground & understand/achieve the maximum safe valve for the ground. Mission accomplished.
